Your git.io results in a "400 Invalid Request" when it resolves to the raw.githubusercontent URL

After surfing around the actual content looking for a reference to your GH username, I found https://github.com/yasoob/practical-python-projects/issues which seems like a perfectly reasonable URL to use instead of an obfuscated (and broken) link shortener
